Bu politika VAGames tarafindan sunulan mobil uygulamalar ve web servisleri icin gecerlidir (One Percent Habit dahil).
1) Toplanan Veriler
Hesap verileri

- Aliskanlik kayitlari, hedefler, olcum degerleri, notlar, ilerleme verileri

3) Ucuncu Taraflar ve Paylasim
Kisisel verileri satmayiz. Veriler yalnizca hizmet icin gerekli oldugunda islenir/paylasilir:
- Supabase: veritabani, kimlik, depolama
- RevenueCat: abonelik dogrulama ve yonetim
- Google Play / App Store: odeme ve abonelik islemleri
- Analitik/hata servisleri: kullanim ve performans analizi
Ayrica, yetkili personel tarafindan kullanilan bir yonetim paneli (admin panel) uzerinden guvenlik, destek ve operasyon amacli sinirli erisim/inceleme islemleri yapilabilir.
4) Google API Verileri (Limited Use)
Google API'lerinden elde edilen veriler, yalnizca kullanicinin talep ettigi ozellikleri calistirmak icin kullanilir. Reklam hedefleme amaciyla kullanilmaz.
5) Saklama Suresi
- Hesap ve aliskanlik verileri, hesap aktif oldugu surece saklanir
- Guvenlik/operasyon loglari makul sure saklanir
- Silme talebinde veriler, yasal zorunluluklar haricinde makul surede silinir veya anonimlestirilir
6) Veri Guvenligi
Erisim kontrolu, guvenli aktarim, loglama gibi teknik ve idari onlemler uygulanir. Ancak internet uzerinden hicbir sistem %100 risksiz degildir.

Hizmetlerimiz 13 yas altina yonelik tasarlanmamistir.

Hizmet saglayicilarimizin sunuculari farkli ulkelerde olabilir. Gerektiginde veriler ulkeler arasi aktarilabilir.

Privacy Policy (English)

This policy applies to VAGames mobile apps and web services, including One Percent Habit.
1) Data We Collect
- Account data: email, profile name/image (Google sign-in), app user ID
- In-app data: habit records, goals, measurements, notes, progress, notification preferences
- Technical data: device/session info, push token, app/OS version, crash and diagnostic data, security logs
- Subscription data: status, product ID, renewal/cancellation details validated via stores and RevenueCat
2) Why We Use Data
- Account access and security
- Habit tracking and reminders
- Subscription entitlement validation
- Analytics, troubleshooting, product improvement
- Abuse prevention and legal compliance
3) Sharing and Processors
We do not sell personal data. We use limited sharing with service providers such as Supabase, RevenueCat, Google Play/App Store, and analytics/crash tools when required to provide the service.
In addition, authorized personnel may use an internal admin panel for limited access/review operations related to security, support, and service operations.
4) Google API Data (Limited Use)
Google API data is used only to provide user-requested functionality and not used for ad targeting.
5) Retention
Data is kept while accounts are active and for reasonable operational/security periods. On deletion request, data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time except where legal obligations apply.
6) Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards. No internet system is fully risk-free.
7) Your Rights
You can update profile info in-app, manage notification permissions on device settings, and request account/data deletion via [email protected].
8) Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13.
9) International Transfers
Service providers may process data in different countries when required for service delivery.

We may update this policy periodically. Latest version is published on this page.
